Campaign coordinators should not be able to remove campaign creators from the campaigns #222

Campaign coordinators should not be able to remove the creator from the campaign. Campaigns disappear from the campaign overview page for the campaign creator and the creator is not able to re-add themselves to help trouble-shoot the campaign, or to archive campaigns when they are completed.
