Cubic Timer is a fork project from Twisty Timer by Ari Neto that support external stack timer. It uses the TNoodle library to generate scramble sequences for all current official speedsolving puzzles.
Very often, the inspection timer starts when I actually wanted to e.g. edit or regenerate the scramble, choose one of the actions below the last solve time (delete, retry, DNF, penalty, comment) or enlarge the scramble image.
The area for (inspection) timer start should be reduced. I suggest that touching anything within the 3 rectangles in the following picture, should never start the timer:
