Websocket support #338

Not many stress tools provide websocket and mTLS support. This pair is common in the IoT world. Hope it gets to the wishlist :)

Thanks for the issue!

I feel how to benchmark WebSocket isn't obvious and out of the scope of oha, but supporting mTLS would be good
