Add requirements #373

Hey, a note would be nice, that you need to install make to run the cargo install. Tried it out on a fresh system and it failed.

I ran into this problem with release > 1.4.1, in my case it now requires cmake to install via cargo, I can create a small PR if needs be, just to update the installation instructions
