Add support for Meta Data retention #1

There are often needs to retain metadata, in particular, Last Modified Date. This would be a great feature to add to this script.

Thanks a lot dmbyte, you are the first issuer ^^. BTW, what you mean is to add the metadata on file itself? I also wanted to retain some metadata on object, but I couldn't find out the way because extracting the tar file on S3 is operated by DC engineer. In my thought, the only way is to add metadata to each object after finishing to upload every objects on S3.
