Incompatible with Ryzen PRO 4750G #7

I'd love to have support of ryzen_monitor on Zen2 APUs like this 4750G one.

I can confirm that /sys/kernel/ryzen_smu_drv/pm_table and /sys/kernel/ryzen_smu_drv/pm_table_version exists. Let me know if I can somehow assist with it.

I'm not sure if you'd like this here or in another issue, but here's my table for a 4750U (lenovo p14s gen1)
