Fixes #6 .

Forces update of TransitionDensityWindow plot regardless of visibility at the end of TraceWindow.fitCheckedTracesHiddenMarkovModel() call.
Fixes wrong assignment of lifetime where lifetimes are assigned to tdpData.state_after.
