use triggered() signal for QAction #11

The activated() signal is deprecated better using triggered() one. Also use new style signal-slot. The issue was that the action was never activated on some machine without error or warning messages for the user.

Funded by IT QGIS User Group.

Hi! Thanks for that a lot. I can test merge and release next week. I never encountered that on my machines but had a few bug reports related.

Hi, new version 1.3.4 includes your changes and has been released on github and qgis repository. Cheers Régis
