OVPN scripts to go with the new script #119

This is a continuation of https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn/pull/2282#issuecomment-1159587131 and https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn/pull/2283.

The script and the OVPN files need to be added at the same time of course.

Variables created for the docker environment were specified in the original PR proposal.

FYI, this being pushed replaced the default.conf so without the OVPN addition on the main branch of the docker's repo folks will likely have a problem with OVPN.
