Breaking change

Some ovpn file names has been updated to align with official server list of Ivacy VPN. Sorry, Ivacy VPN changed the naming convention yet again.

Proposed change

This update includes OVPN files for all locations of Ivacy VPN downloaded from the Support area of Ivacy VPN.
