Update Japanese translations and Add Readme.ja.md #117

Thanks for these additional translations :+1:

I merged this PR into the release/1.2.0 branch, so that your changes will be in the dev branch after release.

I also added a check-all.sh script within the locale folder. Just execute it and this script will find not translated and missing entries. I hope this will help in the future, at least it will help me to keep the german translations up to date :D
