Code involving ddtrace has surfaced a couple different issue with mypy. It looks like it currently crashes, so I can't add it immediately (crashes make mypy_primer output annoying) — so filing this as a reminder to eventually add it

(I believe this no longer crashes with mypy 0.961 :)
