Overview

Be changeable settings for Desktop Notification. Currently, setting item is Timeout seconds until the notification close automatically.

細かい点ですけど、blank、negative number、not number以外に0も閉じない対象ですね

確かに0もそうですね…。英語力がない…。

ユーザーにとって「閉じないようにしたい場合はどういう値を入れればいいか」という説明がなされていればいいと思うので、 文言はどれかしら一つに絞ってもいいんじゃないかなと思います。 「never closedにしたかったら0を設定してね」とか。 システム的には-1など不正な値が来てもnever closedでいいと思いますが、そこはシステム寄りな話な気がします。
