Fix duplicity backend plugin #108

Minor fixes to make sure the backend plugin works + changed location for where it stores duplicity files (In my opinion the Sync folder is not optimal for this purpose as the Windows clients use this when syncing)

I've also updated the wiki to better explain howto use this
