Skipped files don't get logged #126

Saw an issue with the release folder download that the files that gets skipped dont get logged anywhere.

@antonhagg, I'm not sure what you mean, really. I'm looking at the code, and it seems to me that every file that is skipped for some reason, ends up in a log. Would you please be more specific?
