The plugin fails ("copying the input layer failed") #21

Version 3.2.1 of the plugin fails after clicking OK with the error message: Warning: Copying the input layer failed ((0,'')).

The error was caused by a late API change (QGIS 2 -> QGIS 3) concerning the return value from QgsVectorFileWriter. writeAsVectorFormat. Fixed.
