Handle "distance" attribute in input (or join) layer #2

If one of the attributes in the input layer has the name "distance", the join distance will not be available in the output layer.

Fixed by allowing the user to specify the name of the nearest neighbour distance field and by not allowing distance field names that conflict with existing input and join layer field names.
