Support offline signing for currency conversions. #39

Offline signing for transfers has been fixed.

In theory, it's entirely possible to sign currency conversions offline if I sign currency conversions offline and submit them fast.

For hardware wallets to sign currency conversions, offline signing is necessary, too.
