Fix dropdown overlap bug #38

Button is now type "button" instead of default "submit" form. You don't need to use e.preventDefault()
The document event is now created only once inside the react mount function.
Using createRef() to get the DOM of the component and evaluate the new closing logic.

thanks for this one, I've added it in this commit (https://github.com/haven-protocol-org/haven-web-app/commit/6128fb1365d83ff3b4e785a5ac7a711bb35b6935) and extended to the other dropdown and the add event optimised so that it doesn't fire on every click in the section
