java.lang.RuntimeException: We must not create multiple PersistenceManager instances for file TradeStatistics3Store. #1425

The error in this issue title happened during first/initial launch on Debian 12 Linux with KDE.

os.name=Linux; os.version=6.1.0-27-amd64; os.arch=amd64; sun.arch.data.model=64; JRE=21.0.2+14-LTS (BellSoft); JVM=21.0.2+14-LTS (OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM)

haveno.common.app.Version: Version{VERSION=1.0.14, P2P_NETWORK_VERSION=A, LOCAL_DB_VERSION=1, TRADE_PROTOCOL_VERSION=1, BASE_CURRENCY_NETWORK=0, getP2PNetworkId()=0A}

This is the output which contains that exceptions.

It may not be related, but I think that I have double-clicked some dialog button upon initial launch.
