Users cannot drop items with CONTROL + Q. #123

The event is cancelled when users press CONTROL + Q with any item, except for Armor.

I've been unable to replicate this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can replicate it on the latest Bukkit/Spigot with only StackableItems running?
