[Bug] Suspicious stew stack losing its effect when one of them is eaten #172

Version 1.1.0 Server runs on Paper 1.18.2 Made so suspicious stew could be stacked to 16. Stacking works fine but if eaten, only the first one will give the effect, the rest of the stack loses it.
