Can't export collision with 3DS MAX #4

I followed all the steps in the importing tutorial,and I already imported the 
geometry in Sonic-glvl of my own new level, but when I try to export the 
collision with the Havok Content Tools plugin for 3DS MAX it shows an error 
(image attached) 

I'm using AutoCad 3DS MAX 2012, because the 2013 version doesn´t work 
properly. My operating system is Windows 7 32-bits version. I hace an AMD 
Phenom II X6, a video card ATI Radeon HD 6450, and 4Gb of RAM.

Please I need help, I don´t know what is the problem. Hope you have the answer 
:/

Same here. I tried all the settings perfectly over and over, added
havok modifiers (version 2010 2.0.1) and exported with all the settings 
I could think of after the recommended (SCHG) didn't work.
Tried in 3DS Max 2011 and 2010, no good.
All I can get are the models but no collisions.
Specs: W7 64-bit, core i5 quad 3.1GHz, geforce GT 440 1GB
installed MSVC, Ogre.dle, vray successfully as well
