libinput pointer motion absolute #181

Some systems send LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_MOTION_ABSOLUTE instead of LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_MOTION such as virtual machines but we don't handle it.

Lack of motion absolute event handler has the following effects:

Desktop starts and doesn't show the built-in mouse pointer, but first click shows it
Motion is not recognized by QPA therefore mouse press happens at 0,0 coordinates hence the user is unable to click anything
