I'm working on including Hawaii desktop packages and its requirements in Fedora, an operating system and package collection. Fedora only includes free software content (only exception is distributable firmware that does not run on main CPU), which basically means that its use and modification for any purpose can not be limited and source code is always available.
I've been reviewing licensing conditions of Hawaii desktop components and stumbled upon wallpapers package. You seem to include pictures from DeviantArt whose licensing conditions are either unknown or non-free:
"Also Calm.png" is distributed under "Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0" license. "Noncommercial" is non-free because it limits use for any purpose.
"One Path.jpg" is distributed under "Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0" license. "Noncommercial" is non-free because it limits use for any purpose and "No Derivative" is non-free because it disallows the user to modify it for his purposes.
The licensing conditions for the rest are unknown.
If you intend to keep this artwork, I suggest you ask the authors to clarify and relax their distribution conditions. Other distributors (including Debian or openSUSE) follow very similar guidelines for licenses and wouldn't be able to package this either.
If it's not possible, feel free to pick supplemental wallpapers from Fedora (avoid ones displaying Fedora logo in such case); we collect properly licensed artwork submissions from artists to include in Fedora releases aside the stock wallpapers:
