Dockerize the compilation process #7

Right now I can only compile this on my macbook due to trickiness in getting LaTeX to work on Windows, if I remember correctly. I think dockerizing this process so it will work across platforms and long in the future would be ideal.

For now, TeX Live works well on Windows.
