Redesign layout with bootstrap #9

This would come in handy for designing page to support multiple screen dimensions and multiple link columns, as requested in #8.

Closing this issue, as commit 70410c9ea620635b5608e67d476aaa218128cbfc has eliminated the need for bootstrap. Decided to go with custom responsive design instead. Turns out that it was simple for this scenario and taught me a lot about general css conflicts.
