What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

• Worked On: Designed and outlined project requirements, and initial prototype sketches.
• Major Issues: We initially had a lot of difficulty coming up with a project of suitable scope for the course, but managed to sort this out eventually.
• Plan for Next Iteration: Design on the front-end of our application (TBD which parts exactly), and more research into integrating Maps API into the project.

CSID:x4t2b What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)? -worked on deciding what the minimum, standard, and stretch requirements are likely to be -expanded 2 of the minimum requirements to have substeps for completion

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into? -It was initially very difficult to decide on a project idea as we wanted to use data retrieved from API but wasn't sure to what degree the data retrieved could be modified

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)? -Start investigating and coding the request and return result of the API (Google map data) -decide how we plan to integrate a database in our project (definitely for login, but debating what we will store of the map data)

• In the past few weeks we worked on fleshing out our project ideas, requirements, as well as commenced working on setting up some rough drafts for what we would like to see in the user interface.
• The greatest challenge we faced was in identifying an appropriate idea for a project that would fully leverage the technologies we would be using, and that had well defined goals and allowed for extensibility should we be able achieve the minimum requirements we set for ourselves.
• In the next two weeks the goal will be to further explore API options for our mapping, to better establish project goals, as well as refine the user interface and start leveraging the new information we have on React to start working on the front end.
