Change from file-based to directory-based Android Studio project #17

The legacy SealNote project used a file-based Android Studio project, but this is considered legacy by Android Studio. We should move to a directory-based project.

It's being worked on, but don't want to commit until I have something that actually builds. Therefore this is blocked by #37.
