Publish SealNote Plus on Play Store.

Also, need to implement a process to respond to Play Store feedback and track actions via GitHub issues. (We can have a rolling issue, which is named according to the months it covers, and assigned to each milestone then unassigned if no actions, and closed when actions are taken and a new rolling issue raised.)

Blocked as:

Need to raise and process additional issues under #29 and #38
Need to fix bug which currently prevents backup on Android 8+ (issue still to be raised due to #29)
We then need to finalise Release 0.9 (which contains multiple important issues prior to publication anyway like #20, #24, #58)

Factored out all the codebase changes into #63, so this is now a non-code issue.
