There should be an option inside the app itself to send defect reports or suggestions without the user logging into GitHub. Probably this would be a manual process where the user sends an email to a specific address (with template pre-populated by the app) and then the project reads these emails and creates associated GitHub issues.
The user should also be able to track items they have raised via an identifier which is generated and tracked in their app and also included in the email. This would need to be stored encrypted.
The user should be able to specify whether they want their name to be listed when the issue is raised, or raised anonymously.
