Following the integration of cardslib, the licensing situation has become a bit more complicated. This leads us to a more structured licensing approach. Additionally, while looking at this I found that SealNote legacy apparently did not license aFileChooser correctly. The plan is to go back to an MD format (effectively reversing #21) and have six sections:
Introduction
License for modifications and additions to SealNote legacy
License for original code re-used from SealNote legacy
License for cardslib
License for aFileChooser
License for projects pulled into the binary distribution - points to NOTICES.md
Also, the license should be more obviously linked from the README.
Additionally, make corresponding changes to the acknowledgements file.
