Create and publish general support email address #58

Prior to implementing #30, we still need a support email address, for example for display on Play Store, the About screen etc.

Create an address: sealnoteplus-general (at) hawknetwork.org

Subsequent tasks with the address will be done under #65, #26 etc

Factored out all the codebase changes into #65. This is now a non-code issue.
