Allow "<count> <thing> from (<requirement>, <requirement>)" #87

Supplements (replaces?) the <count> <thing> from children syntax.

<count> is a counter. <thing> is one of "courses", "departments", or "credits".

This allows you to focus a multiple-course requirement on only some of the children, instead of nesting requirements.
