Add option to anonymize data #18

Currently, workerids and assignmentids are automatically added to the data object.

The setup that seems to work best is to strip them when writing to csv (so that data can be immediately pushed to GitHub) but include them when writing to mongo, in order to detect duplicates in later experiments.
