support android webview #28

Does eleVR-Web-Player support android webview? could webview load the index.html and play the VR video?

Sorry, I'm not at all familiar with android webview, so I am not sure. It looks from this website, https://developer.chrome.com/multidevice/webview/overview, that it is only likely to work in webview the developer preview version of webview 36.0.0.0, which is the first version of webview to support webgl.

webgl should work since android 5.0
