Investigate Feasability of Android/iOS App #2543

Now that LOVE is available for Android and iOS, it may be possible to port! This would require some changes to the UI and control scheme.

It too me under 5 min to get hawkthorne running on iOS so there are really only 2 roadblocks. 1) control scheme consensus. We haven't come up with one that isn't horribly complicated. 2) App Store legalities. Since we don't own hawkthorne there could be some legal ramifications is we introduced the game to the App Store, even if it was free. We would still love to see the game on mobile though!

Does Sony, NBC, or Yahoo have to give us copyright use permissions?

Also, what's the difference between distributing a desktop game vs mobile game, as long as we're not making money on it?

Right now we've mainly flown under the radar because of the open-source nature of the project and it's non-traditional release. There are a bunch of unknowns with a mobile version. We don't know what will happen if we try and release it on a more widespread platform and we don't know what(if any) violations to terms of service/copyright we'd be breaking. Since no one on the team has any real experience with the legalities of the mobile store that's what we're concerned about. The worst case scenario is a cease and desist which would halt all distribution of the game (potentially on the subreddit as well). Best case scenario we get nothing and the game goes on.
