Adding the cd command in powershell #2557

I'm currently on Windows 10 and I download desktop github. Just trying the command>. \ Make.ps1 run The path is not good because there the journey hawkthorne-file. So we must use the cd command.

I don't see why this is necessary when the README already states:

Once you have the repo, click on it in Github for Windows, select "tools > open a shell here".

Yes, I misunderstood. But it can eventually be used in the event or not? Should point out also that it downloads Version 9.1 love2D. Are this normal?

What is Utilisateur? Seems like a local user name that should not be pushed to master
