"Can't open VMulti device!" error after installing VMulti driver #1010

I keep getting the "Driver stopped. Restarting! Check Console !!!" message, with "Can't open VMulti device!" in the console.

I already tried running remove_vmulti_driver.bat then install_vmulti_driver.bat but it didn't change anything. I can't install it from the XP-pen package in FAQ either because it leads to a 404. I have the VEIKK drivers uninstalled and I'm pretty sure there's no other drivers on my computer, so I don't know why I'm getting an error.

Windows Version: Windows 10

Tablet Driver version: 0.2.3

Tablet model: VEIKK S640

make sure you installed "install_huion_64.bat"
