Tablet driver doesn't work in Osu! #1036

I just reinstalled windows yesterday, so i had to reinstall everything. I have done all the necessary install from the instruction, and the driver do open and i also can change everything. but when i open Osu! for some reason the area had not change (still full area) and the cursor movement feels floaty and not snappy (as if im moving the cursor outside of Osu!) can someone please help me.

apparently it was smoothing filter bug, i just turn it off
