Windows Ink doesnt work on windows 11 #1196

Cursor does not move or click in Windows Ink mode, works in all others and used to work on windows 10

Hardware/software information

Windows Version: Windows 11

Tablet Driver version: 0.2.3

Tablet model: Wacom CTL-472

update: absolute/osu mode does not work as well, send input + relative/mouse works though

1087 this hasn't been updated in 4 years, use OpenTabletDriver.
