Huion 1060 plus support #198

I was wondering if support for the Huion 1060 plus could be added. I'd love to use this driver with my main tablet.

I am working on support for the gaomon m016k which is basically a rebrand and I'm only missing the usage page and usage, I'll let you know and initiate a pull request if and/or when I finish.

we have some demo code of 1060 pro and to my knowledge that the 1060 plus 8192 is the newest one you could try the latest hawku drivers and pass the startuplog.txt as-well to determine your tablet my 1060 to yours is 8192 pen sensitivity
but i think the only difference is that your 1060 plus is only a 12 button instead of a 8 like the pro also make sure to install vmuti aswell
