Use a filter and CSS classes for pod icon statuses #129

It'd be better to use a filter and CSS classes for the pod icon statuses instead of embedding presentation information into the model with the $statusCss.

That follows-up on #128 and the preliminary work done in astefanutti/hawtio-profiles@8b0d9eb.
