Sort by portal id - should sort as number values #54

They currently sort using string values, so the numbers are not sorted correctly, see

Maybe the simple-table should have some way of adding custom sort logic, so we can implement logic to sort ip adresses

Okay adding support for custom sorting to simple table.

The next release of hawtio-ui has support for custom functions.
