icons in the pods / services etc (eg runtime) may not show specific icons but general kube icon #82

Its a bit hard to say when this happens, but I installed the camel-serlvet quickstart and all icons was fine, and so on. Then I scaled this app from 1 to 2 pods, and then the icons was gone and show only as general kube icon.

Also the service page no longer showed the url for the service, but the ip address.

I open a 2nd window and then while I was away and returned to it, then the Camel icon is back on the 2nd window.

A hard F5 refresh does not show the icon in the first. Not sure if others can reproduce this.

This is with the latest 2.3.7 release.

Started a new window and this time "incognito" mode and the icons are there when I login. But the screen flicker one time when I click on the various sub tabs in the runtime view.

The flicker is also in chrome normal mode
