Only turn on ng-idle when keycloak is configured #5

Currently ng-idle is enabled even if keycloak isn't being used, causing the titlebar to eventually change if the app is left idle. ng-idle should only be enabled if there's a valid keycloak configuration available. Reported here -> https://github.com/fabric8io/fabric8-console/issues/2
