Together with https://github.com/hawtio/hawtio-next/pull/801 this improves loading time from 30s-1m to 5-10s in my case

I need to revisit this if I can do it without significantly changing hawtio-next. I'd still like to use the HawtioLoadingPage to remain consistent and see the discovery API if the discover progress can be more "immediate"
