Building #12

I have tried to see about building this myself but the makefile is spitting this out:

Building for 3DS... build/3ds-arm/source/identify.o make: *** [buildtools/make_base:722: build/3ds-arm/source/identify.o] Error 1`

Any idea why this may be or can ya provide a guide on building this? Otherwise this doesnt work with SMMDB anymore because they arent including the full URL in the QRCodes anymore.

@TULOA try a make clean and then make
