Headless causing players not able to join #1300

Hi,

I have problems with hosting the room using headless. It worked great until few weeks/months ago where now when hosting a headless room some people can't join. Not sure why, and please don't tell me it's my ports because the whole machine is exposed directly to the internet - no firewall or anything. I've also run the connectivity troubleshooter from https://www.haxball.com/webrtcdiagnostics and everything is as expected. When I open the room using normal room (no headless) everyone can join. What happened to headless that it's rejecting some players? I don't think basro updated any code, at least from the news blog latest update was in 2020...
