Adding end of match discord webhook recording to wazarr94 level 4 bot. #1642

I add the commands in #1631 to the level 4 bot, but (https://github.com/Wazarr94/haxball_bot_headless/tree/master/OLD/Level_4) bot (admin) automatically ends the match. recording does not work for this.

First, don't use this bot, it's not maintained and has many bugs left in it, instead use the new script called HaxBot_public. Second, I will implement this asap, but this would have been done much earlier had you made an issue in my repository.
